Yet another groover to fall out of WAAPA, Jessie Camilleri-Seeber is a founding member of SYNDICATE Performance. Her choreographic interests led her to create a duet in both of SYNDICATE’s twice award-nominated contemporary dance shows Us, At The Moment (2018) and The Kitchen Sync (2019) presented as part of Perth’s Fringe World Festivals. 2019 has seen Jessie dabble in Perth’s independent dance scene; taking part in the Hidden Movements program and performing a solo in the Studio Underground at the State Theatre Centre; performing in Not Sold Separately Theatre’s show ceilings; presenting her work fish feet alongside SYNDICATE member Jocelyn Eddie as part of STRUT's Short Cuts program, and then again as part of The Blue Room Theatre’s Winter Shorts Program, and more! Realising her love for choreography and collaboration, Jessie hopes to continually contribute artistic ideas to the ever-evolving world of contemporary art, and have her role in shaping the future of contemporary dance.
