Rhiana Katz graduated with her Honours in Contemporary Dance from the Western Australian Academy of Performing Arts in 2018. During this time, she performed nationally and internationally, including performances in Sydney, Melbourne, France, and The Netherlands. This year Rhiana has performed in Perth's FRINGE WORLD Festival, STRUT Dance's Short Cuts season, Winter Nights at The Blue Room Theatre, and STRUT Dance's inaugural season of And Then Some at the State Theatre Centre of Western Australia. Rhiana also choreographed and performed an original solo ‘the listener’ in The Blue Room Theatre’s MicroMove program, which was one of two works selected for further development as part of Winter Shorts. Rhiana was co-creative director for SYNDICATE Performance’s MOORINGS Residency as part of Mandurah Performing Arts Centre’s Dance Engagement Program.
